Noni Farmers Warned to Produce Identification Cards

THE North West Guadalcanal Subsistent Farmers Association has urged all Noni farmers within its constituency to make their Identification (ID) cards before eligible to sell their Noni product to the Association.

A Member of the North West Guadalcanal Subsistent Farmers Association (NWGSFA), Mr. Jackson Vua mentioned that previously several Noni farmers were curious about why they have to return their Noni product without buying them.

Mr. Vua said that the idea was made by Honourable Bodo Dettke for the North West Guadalcanal people to identify factual constituent farmers and to make it easier for the Association Board Committee to administrate which farmer or areas within the constituency is having the highest production input and lowest production input for the Association.

He also said that the agreement will be also helping the board in identifying farmer’s needs in terms of material and other resourceful working tools and ideas in supporting the expansion of all Noni farmers’ productivity.

Mr. Vua also highlighted that several numbers of Noni farmers were already shown up their identification cards and was recorded already at the office of the Association.

However, the proposal was already declared by Hon. Bodo Dettke in early February of the year after the Association board meeting and was passed.
