| 9.00am- 12pm | Undertake River Clean Up to be coordinated by Clean up zone team leadersClean Up data collection to be coordinated by MECDM & HCC Reps with allocated volunteer group |
| 12pm -12.30pm | Clean Up teams return to assembling area (Note: Light refreshments to be served)Vote of thanks to volunteersClosing prayer |

- Bring your own knives and garden rakes from home
- Bring a hat/cap from the hot sun
